Order Cancellations:
- Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of the time the order was placed.

- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges:
- We offer a 30-day return period for items that are in new and unworn condition with tags attached.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us by email to confirm the return before sending it back.
- Our customer service team will provide you with return and exchange instructions, the return address, and any other necessary information.
- If the return or exchange is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the shipping costs. If the return or exchange is due to a mistake on your part (e.g. incorrect size or color), you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the returned product at the designated return address.
- Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to show up in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing speed.
